Why I Started QuickAIHQ
After 14 years leading CRM and lifecycle marketing at companies like Investec, IG, Ekino, Unibet, and Secret Sales, I kept seeing the same pattern: companies were investing heavily in acquisition but had no structured approach to keeping the customers they'd already won.
